  34. SpeedyROM will set the speed of the ROMs to either 4 MHz, normal, or an
  35. accelerated 8 MHz, sometimes doubling the speed of operations such as Draw.
  36. Speed up mode is only entered if the ROMs pass a test, as they may not be
  37. reliable at such speeds.
